In the final stretch of preparation for the first defense of the light heavyweight belt (up to 93kg), Alex Poatán provided a real warning signal to the rival Jamahal hill. In a video released by the coach Glover Teixeira, the Brazilian 'explodes' a punching bag and ends the activity. The MMA star heads the UFC 300, on April 13.
“This is the way to rest. You want to rest early, you bastard”, Glover joked after his pupil’s action.
