When coming to Brazil, it is common practice for Ultimate to fill the event with local athletes. However, the organization seems to have changed its way of acting a little and is preparing for UFC 183, on January 31, 2015, a true Brazilian card in Las Vegas (USA). The schedule, which already had six other fights with Tupiniquin fighters, just received the seventh addition this Friday (14): the duel between Minas Gerais Rafael Sapo and the British Tom Watson.

In addition to the duel between Sapo and Watson, the other six fights with Brazilians involved on the card are: Anderson Silva x Nick Diaz, Thiago Pitbull x Jordan Mein, Thales leites x Tim Boetsch, Thiago Marreta x Andy Enz, Ildemar Marajó x Rick Monster e Diego Brandao x Jimy Hettes. Furthermore, the duel between the North Americans Miesha Tate e Sara McMann was also confirmed and is the only one without Brazilian athletes in the Octagon that has already been announced.
