A frightening scene marked the fight that opened the main card of the UFC Las Vegas 88, held this Saturday (16). In a confrontation between veterans, Bryan Barbarena 'erased' in a submission imposed by Gerald meerschaert and worried the Ultimate medical team. The episode happened in the second round.
In the images (see below), it is possible to follow the finish and referee Herb Dean's concern with the fighter's integrity. To the relief of professionals and spectators, Bryan recovered afterwards.
