“All respect for Max Holloway, but I don't know and I don't understand why the UFC made this fight. Justin gaethje x Max Holloway It doesn't make sense, that's my opinion. My opinion is: Holloway should fight Ilia Topuria (for the featherweight belt), maybe in September. Justin gaethje he was supposed to fight Islam (for the lightweight title) in May or June. Tsarukyan x Charles will fight in April. Whoever wins should face the winner of Islam makhachev x Justin gaethje,” Khabib said.
Current owner of the 'BMF' belt (more thick-skinned), Gaethje will put the special title on the line in history UFC 300, which takes place on April 13th. On the other side of the Octagon, there will be the former featherweight champion (up to 65,7kg) Max Holloway. The show will be held at the T-Mobile Arena, in Las Vegas (USA).
