Justin Gaethje reveals bold goal for his fight against Max Holloway at UFC 300

Current holder of the 'BMF' belt, Justin gaethje has another goal, besides maintaining the title, for the duel against Max Holloway No. UFC 300, on April 13th: becoming the first fighter in history to knock out the Hawaiian.

“I have 25 wins and 20 knockouts. I'm quite proud of that. This is something that I have tried to sustain throughout my career, on purpose. So yes, he (Holloway) is someone I'm targeting. The same with Tony Ferguson. Nobody had ever knocked him out. I didn’t knock him out in the traditional way, but I certainly created enough damage for that fight to be rightfully stopped,” said the former interim lightweight champion (up to 70,3 kg).

More than just to increase your personal knockout record, Justin gaethje plans the knockout precisely because he recognizes the dangers of leaving Max Holloway comfortable in the fight for a long time.

“I would rather not go to decision against Holloway, I promise you. This could be a war, a battle of attrition. If I can't find him, can't hurt him, then he never stops. He constantly creates angles and pressure and it can be a tough fight. If I can't find his time early, momentum will be all I have.”
