MMA is fertile territory for innovations and even oddities of all kinds, especially when it comes to entries. Who doesn't remember Kimo Leopoldo carrying a cross as he headed to face Royce gracie at UFC 3, Anderson Silva imitating Michael Jackson in PRIDE or James Te Huna acting out the film “Men in Black” with his corners? Because even these moments are behind the unique option of super heavyweight, a category for athletes weighing more than 120 kg, Chris Barnett.

Known as “Huggy Bear”, Chris enters the octagon wearing a bear costume and to the sound of the song “Happy” by Pharrell Williams. Despite his unintimidating appearance, Barnett's results in the ring are impressive. The super heavyweight has eleven wins and just one loss as a professional, nine of which were won by knockout.
