PODCAST Super Fights debates the main themes of the week.
On October 25th, for the fifth time in its history, the city of Rio de Janeiro (RJ) will host an edition of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The venue for UFC 179 will be the Ginásio do Maracanãzinho, the legendary scene of MMA fights and combats between martial arts styles in the XNUMXth century. The main fight of the night will mark yet another title defense for the featherweight champion José Aldo, which grants a rematch to the North American Chad Mendes.
But before Aldo and Mendes step into the octagon, several other athletes will pass through Maracanãzinho, including 12 of them on the preliminary card schedule.
