For many, after the undisputed victory over Dustin poirier at UFC 177, Conor McGregor has definitively stamped his passport for a title fight in the featherweight category, all that remains is to wait for the winner of the duel between José Aldo e Chad Mendes at UFC Rio 5. However, in his style, McGregor himself revealed that he may have another fight before fighting for the title, and took the opportunity to make fun of Aldo and Mendes.

“I'm looking forward to going to Brazil this week to see the fight for number one contendership between Aldo and Mendes. Who will face the KING? Because Aldo's body is weak and Mendes is 60 cm tall. They won't be ready to challenge me for the throne until mid-next year. I, Uncle Frank (Fertitta, one of the UFC's partners) and the rest of La Familia (the organization's top brass) are in the process of selecting the other victim to eliminate in the meantime,” McGregor published in a series of messages on his website. Twitter.

But the Irishman didn't stop there. After the attack on the duo facing each other for the title, McGregor made a point of publicly provoking the rest of the under-66 kg category. “I demand that all frightened defiants kneel before me and individually kiss each toe in a public place of my choosing for forgiveness of their execution. You have 24 hours to come forward and hand over your women and all your belongings or you will be hunted down and your heads placed in my collection”, he threatened.

At 26, Conor McGregor has a professional record of 16 wins and two losses. Former lightweight and featherweight champion of the European “Cage Warriors” event, the Irishman has won 12 consecutive victories, four of them as an Ultimate athlete. McGregor is also a confirmed presence at UFC Rio 5, where he will closely watch the duel for the belt in the under-66 kg category between the Brazilian José Aldo and the North American Chad Mendes.
