One of the tallest fighters to step into the ring for a professional MMA fight is ready to return to action. South Korean Hong-Man Choi, 2,18 meters tall and who hasn't fought professionally since October 2009, revealed that he wants to return soon.
The information about Hong-Man Choi's intention to resume his career was provided by a source close to the fighter and published by the “MMA Fighting” website.
Choi was scheduled to fight on September 12th at the Revolution 2 event, but ended up leaving the card a few hours before his fight due to a disagreement over the fees he would receive from the organization.
At 33 years old, the South Korean has a record of two wins and three losses. Hong-Man has already faced big names in MMA, such as Fedor Emelianenko and Mirko Cro-Cop, but ended up defeated by both in the first round.
The giant has also competed professionally in kickboxing and has a record of 12 wins and six losses in the sport. However, Choi has not fought since 2008, when he was defeated by Ray Sefo – now owner of the WSOF event.
