VIDEO: Israel Adesanya reacts to Alex Poatan's victory at UFC 295 and responds to the challenge with provocation

O Alex Poatan's knockout over Jiri Prochazka No. UFC 295 and the consequent conquest of the light heavyweight belt (up to 93kg) did not go unnoticed by the former middleweight champion (up to 83,9kg) and the Brazilian's main rival Israel adesanya, nor the challenge done by the new champion right after the fight.

In a video published on his official YouTube channel, the Nigerian showed his reactions to the main moments of the UFC 295, especially the main fight between Poatan and Prochazka. After having his name mentioned by the Brazilian in the post-fight interview, the former champion spoke about the subject.

“The fact is that it (the defeat) stays with him. It hurt his spirit and I like that. But he did it. In the same arena, getting a belt again. I think that Jamahal hill It’s next for him, but I’m sure it affected his spirit,” he said.

Asked by Poatan to return from the announced career hiatus and attend the light heavyweight division, Adesanya responded with a provocation, recalling the knockout he achieved against the Brazilian in April this year.

"What did he say? 'Come to daddy?' The last time I checked, you were sleeping, c*****”, countered the former champion.
