Namajunas believes she is better than Fiorot's past opponents and highlights the difference

In preparation to debut in the flyweight category (up to 56,7kg.), Rose namajunas exudes confidence on the eve of his long-awaited return. Climbing to face Manon Fiorot, the North American analyzed her opponent and concluded that the marriage of styles is favorable to her victory. Aware of his own abilities, 'Thug' claimed to be better than the Frenchwoman's latest rivals.

“She is a very interesting competitor. I just think, overall, she's very exciting. I also feel like, stylistically, I feel like I match her really well, because I understand movement, I understand distance and time and angles; things like that that maybe some of the people she's faced before don't really understand. That’s what I’m really excited about,” said Namajunas in an interview with UFC.

Former strawweight champion (up to 52,1kg.), Namajunas seeks to return to the path of victory after suffering defeat to Carla esparza and consequently lose the category belt. With her eyes on a possible fight for the title in the new division, the North American will have to go through second place in the rankings, which has been riding on five consecutive victories in Ultimate.
