Israel Adesanya puts his ego aside and chooses fighters who he likes best when fighting on the feet

Reference in striking, middleweight champion lists names with UFC athletes from different categories and reveals reason for mentioning them

Reference in stand-up fighting, Israel adesanya collects world titles in kickboxing and MMA. In addition to training every day, the middleweight champion (up to 83,9kg) also likes to watch fights and analyze the fighters' performance. Unconcerned with comparisons and leaving his ego aside, the Nigerian listed some of the athletes who impress him during their performances.

Middleweight champion, Israel shocked by recovering from the defeat suffered by Alex Poatán and take revenge with a tough knockout over the Brazilian in the UFC 287. Known for his skills in stand-up fighting, the athlete has already declared that he is inspired by Anderson Silva during their presentations.

Present in the UFC since 2018, the athlete has accumulated 13 victories, five of which were via knockout. Waiting for the next challenger for the belt, Adesanya is hoping to perform in September, at the event that will be hosted in Australia.
