Victim of the promising Ian Gary No. UFC Charlotte, Daniel Rodriguez received strong support after the tough defeat he suffered last weekend. In a video released on his social networks, the Ultimate veteran is comforted by Dana White. Loudly, the boss recognizes the talent of the welterweight (up to 77,1kg) and gives strength to the fighter.
“We respect you and we like you. I wanted to say goodbye before you left. You will always be a great fighter,” White said.

No UFC Charlotte, Rodriguez stepped into the octagon to prove himself against a great promise in the division. The athlete, however, was surprised by the undefeated Garry and ended up knocked out in the first round.
With the stumble, Daniel left the top 15 in the category led by Leon edwards.
