Since returning to training, after a short vacation with his family, Vitor belfort has been regular in promoting his work on social media. Once again, using your official profile on Instagram, the “Fenômeno” showed excerpts from its preparation, as it had already done last Wednesday (09). However, this time, Belfort warned fans about the risks of performing the series without the supervision of a professional.
“Second part of training today. There's no point in even copying, because the secret is the quantity, the spreadsheet, when to do it and how. Be careful, because this training done incorrectly can hurt”, wrote the fighter along with a short video of his activities, supervised by trainer Pedro Diaz.
