Scott Jorgensen is not having a good time in the UFC. The North American, who even competed for the bantamweight belt against Dominick Cruz Still in the WEC, he is on a string of negative results, with five defeats in his last six fights.

Since deciding to move down to the flyweight category, Jorgensen has yet to get back on track to winning. In December, he lost to Zach Makovsky, and, last Sunday (23), he was submitted by Jussier formiga at UFC Fight Night 38, in Natal (RN).

However, Jorgensen was not satisfied with the outcome of the fight. He claims that a headbutt given by the Brazilian was decisive for the result of the fight, since, after the incident, Jorgensen fell and saw Formiga dominate his back. “He came in, hit me with a headbutt, I fell and woke up in a rear naked choke. I'm very upset”, said the fighter, in an interview with the North American website “MMA Fighting”. "I'm disappointed. I hit him with every blow I tried. He couldn't hit me. I defended all his takedown attempts”, he lamented.

The North American does not believe that the fact that the headbutt was intentional or not affects the situation. “I don't think it was intentional, but whether accidental or not, the blow knocked me down. He hadn't been able to hit me before that. He couldn’t hit me with his hands,” he assessed.
