It's official. The rematch between Alex Poatán e Israel adesanya already has a date set. On Friday night (21), in live broadcast on Ultimate's official YouTube channel, organization president Dana White announced the new clash between the two rivals, worth the middleweight belt (up to 83,9kg). On the same card, Gilbert Durinho will measure forces against the veteran Jorge masvidal, in a crucial duel in the welterweight division (under 77,1kg). The show will be held at UFC 287, scheduled for April 08th.

After the historic duel in UFC 281, in November 2022, Poatan and Adesanya will have the long-awaited rematch, once again worth the middleweight belt, currently held by the Brazilian fighter. With the knockout applied by Alex to the Nigerian, the Tupiniquim athlete showed that he really is the Nemesis of the 'Stylebender' and defeated his rival for the third time, twice in kickboxing and once in MMA.
Gilbert Durinho vs Jorge Masvidal
In the co-main fight, Gilbert Durinho returns to the Octagon after defeating Neil Magny No. UFC 283, in Rio de Janeiro. The fighter from Rio will face the former welterweight challenger (up to 77,1kg) Jorge masvidal. If the North American wins, the Tupiniquim athlete could be confirmed as the next challenger for the belt after the trilogy between Leon edwards e Kamaru Usman, scheduled for the UFC 286, on 18 March.
O UFC 287 It will be held on April 8th, at an undefined location. According to information from journalist Ariel Helwani, the chances are high that the show will be held at the Barclays Center, in Brooklyn, New York (USA).
