In the final stretch of preparation, Brandon Moreno makes 'wish list' for after UFC Rio

Already in Rio de Janeiro for the final stretch of his preparation, Brandon Moreno He is experiencing the 'peak of sacrifice' to be able to beat the limit of the flyweight division (up to 56,7kg) at the weigh-in. In a humorous post on his Instagram, the interim champion made a 'wish list' with three items he intends to eat when the fight ends with Deiveson Figueiredo and when he arrives in Mexico, his home country.

“List of foods for after the fight: 1- Barbecue 2 – Açaí 3 – Pão de Queijo. Coming home: 1 – Pizza 2- Tacos 3- Burgers”, wrote the interim flyweight champion.

After knocking out the New Zealander Kai Kara France last July, Brandon won the interim flyweight belt and established himself as the (not so) new challenger to the lineal champion Deiveson Figueiredo. The two fighters will face each other in the co-main event of the UFC 283, which will take place on January 21st, in Rio de Janeiro.

It will be the fourth duel between Deiveson and Moreno in the organization chaired by Dana White. The record is strictly tied, with a victory for each side and a draw. All clashes were valid for the flyweight belt.
