Ultimate promotes charitable action by exchanging food for tickets to the UFC Rio weigh-in

Fans can now guarantee their presence at the weigh-in UFC 283, which takes place in Rio de Janeiro. Ultimate began an action last Tuesday (10) that will benefit social projects that serve more than 2.000 people in Rio de Janeiro. Fans who donate a kilo of non-perishable food will receive a ticket to see Glover Teixeira, Deiveson Figueiredo, Mauricio Shogun, Gilbert Durinho and other stars of the organization take the scales on January 20th, at the Jeunesse Arena.

To make the exchange, the fan must bring a non-perishable food package weighing at least 1 kg and remove their ticket for weighing. Donations can be made at exchange points, and, from January 16th until the day of the weigh-in, at the Jeunesse Arena box office, located at Avenida Embaixador Abelardo Bueno, 3401, from 10am to 19pm.

All donations will be donated to the following institutions: Instituto Irmãos Nogueira, Usina de Champions, Nocaute com Cristo, Escola de Lutas José Aldo, Archdiocesan Sanctuary of Christ the Redeemer, Faixa Preta de Jesus, Rio Include and Instituto Reação.

The gates for weighing the UFC 283 will be open from 14pm, with a series of exclusive activities for fans at UFC Vila, including a photo shoot with the Octagon Girls, photo with UFC belt and a question and answer session with guest athletes.
