Without fighting since the hard defeat to Robbie Lawler in 2021, in the confrontation that marked his return to the octagon after almost seven years of inactivity, Nick Diaz remains willing to compete in MMA. In an interview with 'Crazy Horse 3', the 39-year-old veteran revealed that he intends to star in a clash in 2023, and proposed a bold challenge.

“You will be able to see me at the top in 2023. I will be back. I will be faster than ever, stronger and better. I will be a new version of myself,” said Diaz.

“I want anyone at the top, but preferably Israel adesanya. Only if he gets the belt back,” she concluded.
