MMA legend, Chris Cyborg decided to leave the rivalry with Kayla harrison sideways and surprised when commenting on the defeat of the PFL icon to Larissa pacheco. With an eye on the final of the lightweight tournament (up to 70,3 kg), held this Friday (25), the Curitiba native sent a message of support to the former champion, who was defeated in the unanimous decision of the judges.
“What happens will only make Kayla a better fighter. One thing I've learned after going undefeated for 14 years is that sometimes you have to lose to find your best. Kayla will return and learn from the experience,” wrote Cyborg, in her profile on Twitter.

Even with attention focused on Harrison, Cris did not forget his compatriot, who made history in MMA. The Curitiba native took the opportunity to congratulate Pacheco, a Brazilian star in mixed martial arts.
"Congratulations to Larissa pacheco. You are a world champion,” she concluded.
This Friday, Harrison climbed the decagon to defend the lightweight throne and seek his third title in the category. The American, however, suffered the first setback in her career, after remaining undefeated in 15 matches.
Tonight will only make Judo Kayla a better fighter. One thing I learned after going 14 years undefeated is that sometimes you need to lose to become your best.
