Little by little, the card for the UFC's first visit to the city of Natal, in Rio Grande do Norte, is taking shape. The last fight to be added is the clash between middleweights Ronny Markes and Thiago “Marreta” Santos.
Both fighters will try to recover from their defeat. Markes lost his undefeated UFC record after three fights when he was defeated by Yoel romero at UFC Fight Night 31, in November 2013. Marreta lost in his only fight in the organization when he was submitted by Cézar Mutante at UFC 163.
The event in Natal has not yet been officially confirmed by the UFC, but, little by little, some fights are being revealed. Jussier formiga will face Scott Jorgensen in the flyweight division, while Mutante will face CB Dollaway, and Fábio Maldonado will fight again at home against Gian Villante.
