Anderson Silva remained silent for almost two weeks after breaking his leg in the fight against Chris Weidman at UFC 168, held on December 28, in Las Vegas. But in his first statement after the injury, the Brazilian ruled out the possibility of retirement and assured that he wants to return to the octagon soon.

“I'm confident that I'll get better and come back soon, but it depends on the doctor,” said Anderson in an interview with Rede Globo's Fantástico program this Sunday (12).

Still feeling a lot of pain in his leg, Spider talked about the difficulties he has had with the injury. He says he still questions what happened, but recognizes a technical error in the coup

“I'm trying to understand why. Because I had to break my leg, this whole situation, but I managed to see some technical errors. To have achieved the perfect kick, I should have shown a punch”, he analyzed.

The Brazilian also revealed that despite having lost the first round of their rematch at UFC 168, he guarantees that he would have left the Octagon with victory if he had not been injured.

PUBLICITY:

“I don't think Weidman won the fight, if that injury hadn't happened I'm absolutely sure he would have won”, said Spider, who doesn't rule out a third fight against his tormentor.

“If the UFC thinks I should have another chance against them, I'll accept it. I want to do what I do well, which is fight”, concluded Spider.

Well, in the first fight he lost because he joked, didn't take it seriously and so on, in the second fight he lost because he was unlucky and had a technical error. He should have feinted a punch to the face, but he didn't.
Anderson really is a difficult guy to beat, isn't he?
If you fight Weidman 10 times you will lose 10 times, because Anderson is the cockroach and Weidman is Baygon!!!

Paulo Roberto Pest Controlled the UFC!!! KkKkKKkKkKKkK – I agree with you! Boy, Muhammad Ali is a legend, he was unbeatable and at the end of his career he tried to fight at the age of 38/39 and took beatings from beginning to end of the two fights he had… Anderson is the man, to date he is the greatest in history, but unfortunately, he let arrogance and arrogance tarnish so many years of dedication and victories... a shame... but it's time to retire!

Everyone already knows the truth…Anderson is too old for the sport, he needs to take calcium to strengthen his bones (I've seen a little AS doll around with 2 broken legs and 2 arms). But even so, there was that doubt….was he really going to lose?….He lost the 1st round, it's true, but the 2nd was already different until the fatality happened. But if he wants to get beaten again in a 3rd fight I'll be rooting for him again….He'll win in LUCK!
The important thing is to ROOT for our Brazilian athletes, if it were easy to FIGHT, each one of us who is saying bad things would be hired by the UFC.

Gentlemen, I think we need to have more respect for the professionals who represent us. His legacy will never be diminished by what happened, he will not stop being the champion he is.

    So let's have more respect.

How easy it is to say, because you don't struggle to feel what's going on inside.
