Surprise at the weigh-in for the boxing fight between Shakur Stevenson and Robson Conceição, which takes place next Friday (23). At a weigh-in held this Thursday (22), the North American failed to make the super-featherweight weight (up to 58,9kg.) and lost the world championship belts. World Boxing Council (WBC) and World Boxing Organization (WBO). As a result, the fight is worth the title only to the Brazilian.

Stevenson had a problem with the weight cut and, when he arrived at the measurements, visibly frustrated, he was down around 700g. above the established limit. The fighter, in a case similar to that of Charles of the Bronx in May of this year, he also lost the title. On social media, he reported that he can no longer compete in the division and will move up a category after facing Robson Conceição.
