On December 28th, in Las Vegas, Tate and Rousey will have a rematch that will win the UFC women's bantamweight division title. In their first meeting, in March 2012, still in Strikeforce, “Rowdy” prevailed via submission in the first round, winning the title.

At a press conference, Tate showed confidence in obtaining a different result in the second clash. “Many people think that Ronda is an invincible person, that there is no way to beat her, but I don't see it that way at all. I see several loopholes in her game, and I see many ways for this to be exploited. The fact that it hasn’t happened yet doesn’t mean it will never happen,” said the challenger.

“On the 28th, I will do something different from what everyone else has done. There are gaps, you've seen them, I've seen them. I don't think this requires explanations. The loopholes are there to be taken advantage of”, she limited herself to saying.
