The huge repercussions over doping at UFC 167 have ended without controversy. All fighters who participated in the show, held last Saturday (16), in Las Vegas, passed the exams. The result was announced by the Nevada Athletic Commission, the entity that sanctioned the event.

According to the commission's executive director, Keith Kizer, the tests did not detect the presence of illegal substances, such as drugs of abuse or to enhance performance and products used to mask the presence of other prohibited substances.

PUBLICITY:

UFC 167 was surrounded by controversy with rumors that GSP, protagonist of the main fight against Johny Hendricks, would fight under the effects of steroids. The welterweight champion even underwent tests outside of what was required and nothing was diagnosed.
