After the incredible knockout over Thiago Silva, Lyoto Machida There was nothing but joy at the press conference after UFC-94, held last night in Las Vegas.
“I'm very happy for everything, for the knockout, every day I try to improve to finish fights before the bell,” said Lyoto. “It just makes me feel good, when I do my job and see the fans are rooting for me,” he added.
Dana White, on the other hand, confirmed that Machida will have the chance to fight for the belt, but did not say that he will be the next challenger for the title that is in the hands of Rashad evans:

“We don’t have (Lyoto’s) fight scheduled for Rashad,” White said. “But he’s in the mix. He will probably get his chance before the end of the year”, added the manager.
