Quinton Rampage Jackson needled his friend and former rival Dan Henderson after the veteran accumulated his third consecutive defeat, last Saturday. At UFC Fight Night 32, in Goiânia, Hendo was knocked out by Vitor belfort, reaching yet another setback – he had also lost to Lyoto Machida, in February, and for Rashad evans, in June.
Rampage and Henderson have already met in the UFC octagon in 2007, when the first was the light heavyweight champion and the second returned to the event with the PRIDE belt. Winning the match by decision of the judges, Jackson showed no interest in meeting Hendo again.
“Why would I be interested in having a rematch with Dan Henderson? I already beat him, and I beat him for unified titles. I beat him for the PRIDE title, and now he doesn't have any title. He looks like shit”, criticized the fighter.
The American already has a date set to fight again: it will be next Friday, at Bellator 108, when he faces former UFC fighter Joey Beltran.
