Even though he is willing to count on Diaz at BKFC, Feldman is cautious when dealing with the 'bad boy's' future in professional competitions. The agent states that he will await the outcome of the clash between Nate and Khamzat Shimaev, which happens in the UFC 279 to confirm your position.

“The only thing I worry about is whether these fighters should continue competing. After a tough fight like that (against Chimaev), will he want to keep fighting? Is it in his heart? Is his body still willing and ready? If the answers are yes, we will go after Nate,” said David.
