Without acting since November 2017, Georges-St Pierre is no longer working on a possible return, but admits that three fighters would be ideal opponents if he had to return to UFC competition. Welterweight legend (up to 77kg), the Canadian names the champion Kamaru Usman and the undefeated Khamzat Shimaev as athletes of interest to him, in addition to the former lightweight belt holder (up to 70,3kg.), Khabib Nurmagomedov. He, however, closes the door to possibilities.
“If I chose to fight again, the three fighters I would choose today – and I'm not saying I will, because I don't want to – would be Usman, Chimaev and Khabib, if he was still there. I would always aim for the best. But unfortunately for me, for the fans and for the world, that won't happen. I stopped and I don't miss it,” said St-Pierre in an interview with 'ESPN' North-American.
