eyeing the UFC 275, Paulo borrachinha did not forgive the defeat of Glover Teixeira for Jiri Prochazka. Moments after the setback of the light heavyweight (up to 93kg.), which resulted in the veteran losing his belt, the middleweight (up to 83,9kg.) decided to send a hint. On social media, the fighter mocked his compatriot's negative result.

“It is wrong to attack the elderly. You don’t beat old people”, wrote Borrachinha, in his account on Twitter.
Paulo's publication can be associated with the age of his compatriot, who is close to turning 43 years old. Before the setback against the Czech, however, the veteran was enjoying a great moment within the company.
A standout in the Ultimate middleweight division, Borrachinha needles his compatriot days after receiving criticism from Teixeira. In an interview with 'ESPN', the Minas Gerais native from Sobrália even questioned Borrachinha's commitment to his career as a professional fighter.
“I believe that Borrachinha might be trying to gain followers, like Jake Paul. If his goal is to be the Jim Kardashian of Instagram, he's on the right track. Now, if the focus is on becoming a champion, he has to put these controversies aside and focus on training”, said Glover, on the occasion.
Last weekend, Teixeira, in addition to losing the title, had a streak of six victories ended. Borrachinha, in turn, is looking to debut in the 2022 season and has a fight underway against Luke Rockhold for August 20th. Former middleweight title challenger, the fighter has two consecutive stumbles in Ultimate.
