Since his troubled departure from Team Nogueira, Fábio Maldonado has been in charge of his own preparation for Ultimate fights. To achieve this, the light heavyweight has counted on the help of close friends and other fighters.
After the open training session at UFC Fight Night 29, this Monday (07), in Barueri (SP), Maldonado made a point of publicly thanking Demian Maia, and also Daniel sarafian, for the help they have given you in recent months.
"The Demian Maia and the Daniel sarafian They supported me as if I were part of their family. I couldn't stay here, I said: 'I'm going to have to go somewhere, change to a team'”, said the light heavyweight. Just after, Demian Maia confirmed the version reported by Fábio. “Maldonado is a great friend. He lives here near São Paulo, asked to do some training there at the gym and used the gym a few times to train”, he revealed.
