Journalist graduated from Cásper Líbero College, the Brazilian Demian Maia practiced the profession again before facing Jake Shields, at UFC Fight Night 29, in Baureri (SP). For the official Ultimate website, Demian asked his rival some questions and was also questioned by the North American.
In a friendly atmosphere, Demian spoke with Shields about his diet (the North American is vegetarian) and his jiu-jitsu training. The Brazilian also asked his opponent what his strategy would be for the fight, but only heard that he would try to beat him in some way.
Even without experience, Jake Shields showed ease with a microphone in hand. The American also talked about the beginning of Demian's career in martial arts and repeated the Brazilian's joke, asking how he would behave in the fight between the two.
