'To leave no doubt' between Weidman and Spider, says UFC 168 poster

The Ultimate organization released, this Thursday (26), the official poster for UFC 168, an event that marks the long-awaited rematch between Anderson Silva e Chris Weidman. The poster features, as expected, the former champion and current belt holder. In addition, it contains the inscription “to leave no doubt”.

A curious fact about the poster is that it already has Anderson Silva with blue details on his gloves, which in title fights mark the challenger's corner. This hasn't happened since UFC 64 in 2006, when Anderson won the middleweight title against Rich Franklin. From then on, even when he played as a light heavyweight, Spider was always in the red corner.

In addition to Anderson and Weidman, the poster also makes reference to the co-main fight of the night, between Miesha Tate e Ronda Rousey – for the women’s bantamweight division belt. The fight is also highly anticipated, due to the great rivalry between the fighters – which was carried over to TUF 18, currently on display, in which both are coaches.
