Bellator took an important step towards its consolidation on the continent. On Tuesday night (24), the second largest MMA organization in the world announced the agreement with the FOX Sports channel. From November onwards, the broadcaster will have the rights to broadcast the events throughout Latin America, including Brazil, even surpassing the UFC's reach in the region.
The channel's broadcasts will begin with a duel of legends. On November 2nd, FOX Sports will broadcast the fight between Quinton Rampage Jackson e Tito Ortiz. The event, which will be held in Long Beach, will also feature a lightweight title fight between Michael chandler and Eddie Alvarez.
” We are committed to making Bellator the largest company distributing MMA events across Latin America and Brazil, reaching more than 50 million homes since the beginning of our agreement,” said Carlos Martinez, president of FOX International Channels Latin America .

Finally, Bellator will be shown on a different channel than Esporte Interativo. Transmission by Esp. Interactive is good, but only those who have Claro TV can watch it. I think that within approximately 5 years, if it maintains this trend, Bellator will be shoulder to shoulder with the UFC.
