The Czech tried to congratulate the Pole on his victory and wished the Austrian a speedy recovery from his knee injury.

“Congratulations on winning Blachowicz and soon recovery Rakic”, wrote Prochazka on his official 'Twitter' page.

The fight between Blachowicz and Rakic, until then, was balanced. The two fighters measured distance in their exchanges and, in the third round, when the Austrian went to support his right leg, he felt a possible injury to his knee and collapsed. Noticing the fighter's condition, the referee interrupted the duel and declared the Pole the winner by technical knockout.

Prochazka arrives for the most important fight of his career with 12 victories in a row, two of which in the Ultimate. The Czech, who is a former RIZIN champion, has a record of 28 wins and three losses. In his last defeat, he defeated Dominick reyes, in May 2021.
