The Brazilian Lyoto Machida suffered a tough knockout at Bellator 281, an event held this Friday (13), in London (ING). The Brazilian veteran was caught with an incredible sequence applied by Fabian Edwards, brother of Leon edwards, next challenger for the UFC welterweight belt.

The fight began with the Brazilian in his traditional karateka stance, waiting for the best moment to counterattack. On the other hand, Edwards took the initiative, but did not expose himself. The Englishman tried to take him down in the clinch, but ended up falling underneath. Fabian soon got up and, once again, pinned Machida against the bars. On the way out, he connected with a cross and Lyoto shook it. Edwards went up, landed another cross and took down the Brazilian athlete. With two more punches on the ground, he achieved a brutal knockout.
