Fedor Emelianenko responds to Dana White's criticism

the russian Fedor Emelianenko responded, in an interview with the website Five Onces of Pain, to the criticisms made by UFC president, Dana White, claiming that he does not consider him the best just for beating Tim Sylvia last year.

“I think if Dana White says something negative about his former champions then he's just saying something negative about his own organization. I beat many of the UFC champions. If he says something bad about them or me, then he just takes credit away from his own event”, says Fedor, who also responds about the possibility of fighting in the UFC.

“I think if I fight for the UFC, they will try to sell me as the greatest MMA fighter there is (laughs). I just want to fight the best fighters in the world. I'm lucky that the best heavyweight fighters in the world are now with M-1 Global and Affliction”, adds the Russian.

Fedor Emelianenko will defend the WAMMA heavyweight belt, on January 24th, in the city of Anaheim, United States, against Andrei Arlovski, in Affliction II.
