eyeing the UFC 274, event held this Saturday (8), Dustin poirier was attentive to the victory of Charles of the Bronx before the Justin gaethje in the main fight of the night. On his official 'Twitter', 'Diamante' asked for a rematch against the Brazilian for the lightweight belt (up to 70,3kg) and tried to mock Conor McGregor, which was what the São Paulo native requested in a post-fight interview.

“You have to protect your neck. I want Charles (from the Bronx). This is the f***ing fight. (…) McGregor DUUUURMA!”, wrote Poirier, alluding to the first fight against Do Bronx and the knockout over McGregor.
Dustin even went so far as to measure forces against Do Bronx in his most recent performance, which took place at UFC 269. The North American had good moments in his striking, but succumbed to the champion's jiu-jitsu power and ended up defeated with a rear naked choke in the second round.
The 'Diamond' continues to be relevant in the lightweight division (up to 70,3kg). With no fight scheduled, he may have to rebuild his path before getting another chance at the division's straight belt. In his career, the fighter has a record of 28 positive results, seven negative results and one 'no result' fight.
