Rayner Silva is the only flyweight champion in the world Jungle Fight. In the 58th edition of the show, held this Saturday (14), in São Paulo, the linear champion beat Júnior Boya, holder of the interim belt, and unified the title of the up to 58 kg division. With the result, Rayner scored his fourth career victory.
The fight
As soon as the duel began, Rayner went for a frank exchange and soon managed to knock his rival down with a blow to the face. However, with a lot of courage, Boya managed to recover and continue in the dispute.
With a sharper striking game, Silva set out to end the dispute. manuara hit directly and complemented the sequence with several punches on the ground. As Júnior was unable to defend himself, the referee ended the dispute and declared a technical knockout at 2:11 minutes into the fight.
Brother of Erick silva loses on debut
Another highlight of the fight program was the debut of Bruno Silva, brother of Erick silva in MMA. In a fight against Marcus “Maluco”, pupil of another UFC fighter, Viscardi Andrade, Bruno ended up losing on his debut. After taking the fight to the ground, Marcus secured a leg lock and finished the fight in the first round.
