After having his fight canceled at Bellator 96 due to a thigh injury, Brazilian Vinícius Spartan is back. The Team Nogueira athlete stated that he has already recovered from the injury and is already aiming to return to combat.
“I've already recovered, thank God, it wasn't anything structural, just cartilage and a cyst, I'm still undergoing maintenance treatment,” said the fighter, who is aiming for his next fight in October.
“I'm planning to return to fight at the beginning of October in a new Bellator heavyweight tournament. I'm happy with the treatment the event has given me, I'm looking forward to fighting again, I want to show what I've come to do, and, God willing, win the organization's belt”, added Spartan
