Known for his irreverent style on social media, Paulo borrachinha joked about a possible relationship with Vitor belfort. After being provoked by Luke Rockhold Accused of using anabolic steroids to increase his performance in Ultimate, the Brazilian took it in good humor and joked that the Brazilian legend would be 'his father'.

“After this shit that Luke Rockhold I said, I'm going to reveal something interesting. Vitor is my father and (this) happened when he and my young and sexy mother fell in love in Rio de Gerais, Brazil. Now everyone knows. That's how he brought me to the UFC. People called me Baby Vitor”, wrote Borrachinha.
The former middleweight title challenger's words (up to 83,9kg) came after Rockhold's accusation. In an interview with the podcast 'The MMA Hour', the North American even challenged the Brazilian to a confrontation on his return to Ultimate.
“You are a bitch when it comes to challenges. Your steroids are no longer working and you ended up getting caught. He's looking for a way out. Appear and disappear. Let’s fight soon”, teased Rockhold.
