Former double Ultimate champion (featherweight and lightweight), McGregor is going through his worst moment since his professional debut in MMA. In his last performance, in which he ended up injured and overcome by Dustin poirier, the fighter reached the mark of two stumbles in a row, something unprecedented for the fighter until then.

In the process of correcting the fracture suffered in his left ankle in July last season, Conor had already signaled his desire to fight for the lightweight belt, publicly challenging Charles of the Bronx. Months later, however, the Irishman changed his target and now wants to face Kamaru Usman, owner of the throne of the under-77kg category.
