After defeating Randy Couture, Brock Lesnar, won the UFC heavyweight belt last month. In counterpoint, Fedor's manager, Jerry Millen, peppered this attempt by stating that Lesnar would not make it past the first round against the Russian.

Emelianenko will put his title on the line against Andrei Arlovski on Affliction: “Day of Reckoning” on January 24th. Lesnar, on the other hand, will face the winner of Antonio Rodrigo “Minotauro” Nogueira and Frank mir for the unification of the UFC heavyweight titles.
