Cleiton Foguete is surprised and loses the main fight of WOCS 28

After leaving the second edition of TUF Brasil in the quarterfinals, Cleiton Foguete suffered his first defeat after participating in the UFC reality show. After defeating Eder Martins in June, he was submitted by Claudiere Freitas in the main fight of WOCS 28, an event held in Gramado, Rio Grande do Sul.

Foguete started the fight better and gained an advantage in the first two rounds. Cleiton worked on his feet and avoided his rival's ground game. However, in the third round came the punishment. In the final moments of the fight, Claudiere landed a guillotine choke and forced Foguete to give up the fight.

The setback marked the second defeat of Cleiton Foguete's career, who has 13 victories. Claudiere Freitas recorded his eighth victory in MMA. He has 10 defeats.
