Last Wednesday (9), the PFL announced the renewal of Kayla harrison, two-time Olympic champion and champion of two editions of the event. To renew its star, the organization needed to overcome strong competition from the UFC and, mainly, from Bellator, which had advanced conversations with the fighter.

In an interview with “MMA Junke Radio”, Scott Coker spoke about Kayla’s renewal with the PFL. The Bellator president questioned the option chosen by the champion and said she should test herself against higher caliber opponents outside her current organization.

Two-time Olympic champion in judo (London-2012 and Rio-2016), Kayla harrison she debuted in MMA in June 2018. Since then, the American has been in action 12 times, with 12 victories, five by knockout and five by submission.
