Always two days after each event, the UFC updates its fighter rankings. Journalists from all over the world choose the ten best in each category, in addition to the best weight for weight. This Monday, after UFC Rio 4, John lineker gained a position among the flyweights. Already Lyoto Machida lost a spot on the light heavyweight list.

The technical knockout applied to José Maria Sem Chance, in the opening fight of the card main event of UFC Rio 4, made Lineker move to sixth place in the top 10 flyweights, surpassing Louis Gaudinot, who even beat him in the Paraná native's UFC debut.

For the light heavyweight category, Lyoto Machida lost the first position in the ranking to Alexander Gustafson, who faces the champion Jon Jones at UFC 165. The Dragon was defeated by Phil Davis in a controversial decision in the co-main fight of UFC Rio 4.

UFC debutant, Amanda nunes did not see its position change on the women's category list. The Bahian remained in seventh place after the technical knockout given to German Sheila Gaff.
