“I obviously feel sorry for him and his family. It's a horrible thing. I don't know enough details to talk about it, but from what I've heard, you know, we all say we would do it if it happened to us. Cain did it,” Dana said in an interview with 'Barstool Sports'.
Cain has now been accused of premeditated murder and shooting into an occupied vehicle, as well as assault with a firearm and intentionally discharging a projectile into a vehicle, with the intent to commit a crime. If he is found guilty, he could face a sentence of 20 years in prison, with the possibility of it being extended to life.
With just over 10 years in MMA, Cain had 17 fights, recording 14 wins and three losses, but his trajectory was affected by the number of injuries he suffered. He is considered one of the best heavyweights in the company's history.
