Welterweight champion (up to 77 kg) and first place in the UFC weight-for-pound rankings, Kamaru Usman has a place to speak to analyze the main fight of the UFC 272Inter Colby covington e Jorge masvidal. Four of the Nigerian's last five fights were against one of the two protagonists of next Saturday's event (5) and the result was the same in all of them: victory for the champion.

During participation in the broadcast of the UFC Las Vegas 49, last Saturday (26), on the North American “ESPN”, Usman spoke about the duel between the welterweights and showed that he believed in the triumph of Jorge masvidal about Colby covington.
“I think Masvidal can potentially win this fight because he is one of the only guys who is very tall in his stance but is capable of defending takedowns from the best wrestlers. He's very, very good at standing up, very relaxed, very fast and can always touch you. He may not hit that hard, but he is capable of touching that button that turns off the lights and is also capable of crossing the octagon in five seconds, landing a knee that shows a different level of athleticism”, analyzed the champion.
Lastly, Kamaru Usman paid more praise to Jorge masvidal and guaranteed that he will be present at the T-Mobile Arena, in Las Vegas (USA) to watch the duel.
“He is an athlete. He's a skilled striker, a skilled fighter, and has the tools to land a blow and steal the fight from Covington. I'm excited, I can't wait and I'll be there. It’s been a while since I’ve watched a fight”, concluded Usman.
