He put on a show once again. In the main fight of UFC Las Vegas 49, event held this Saturday (26), in Las Vegas, Islam makhachev showed great superiority, defeated Bobby Green by technical knockout in the first round and got closer to a chance at the lightweight belt (up to 70,3kg.).

Right at the beginning of the fight, Makhachev took advantage of a low kick from Green to put the fight on the ground. With great control on the ground, the Russian mounted with ease and achieved the technical knockout after throwing a great sequence of punches from above, to the American's withdrawal.
