“I haven't spoken to the UFC yet, but I'm taking some steps in my life and, soon, you'll know what I'm doing so that this money can improve. In my last fight, I won very little. I felt completely devalued”, said Deiveson, who earned around US$150 (approximately R$775) to carry out the trilogy against Moreno.

One of the biggest Brazilian stars in Ultimate, Figueiredo has already started one of his attempts to enhance his presence in the company. In recent months, it is common to see the athlete adopting a provocative tone and, in a way, 'embodying' a character. The 'God of War' then spoke about such a proposal.

“There are guys who like 'trash talking' and there are guys who pay humbly. There are guys who are full of 'don't touch me', they think they just have to come and say: 'May the best man win'. He already enters the fight defeated. He doesn't understand that, there, we are selling a fight. Every good movie has a good trailer. If my fight is good, there will be a good trailer, and that's what I'm doing. (…) You will see a new version of Deiveson Figueiredo inside the octagon and outside”, he concluded.
